Purpose: Undertook a working visit to Scotland and England. Met with First Minister John Swinney in Scotland for bilateral talks on economic cooperation, education and sustainable development. Visited Heriot-Watt University to engage with academics and investors on mining, agriculture and energy sectors. Delivered a keynote address at the Rhodes Trust Zambia Constituency conference at Oxford University, themed Standing up for Zambia: Zambia at 60.
