Constituency Development Fund Increased by 2,400%

Increased the Constituency Development Fund allocation from ZMW1.6 million per constituency in 2021 to ZMW40 million per constituency in 2026, a 2,400% increase, funding community projects including schools, clinics, boreholes, roads and markets nationwide.
